Shipping is calculated at checkout. Only Shipping rates within South Africa are calculated at checkout. International shipping rates on request.

Local Pickup

In-Store pickup is available Mondays to Friday from 7:30 till 16:30 except Friday till 15:30. Confirmation will be communicated when your order is ready for pickup. Please allow 7-14 days for delivery.

WHEN DOES MY ITEM SHIP?
Typically we ship out any order immediately upon payment reflecting in our bank account, or if payment has been done through PayFast, and the availability of stock on hand.

If stock is not on hand, we generally get stock either on a Monday (if the order is placed during the week) or Friday (if the order is placed on a Monday). We will communicate this through call, then email, in order to make sure you're comfortable with the wait, else we are more than happy to refund you if you can't wait the hold.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES

Customs and duty charges are born on you as a the buyer, as we unfortunately don't have control as to the various customs and duty procedures in various countries.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@safepro.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@safepro.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
